7K Ritual Unipessoal Limitada, with registered office at Rua Eça de Queiroz n8 2Esq, Carnaxide, Tax Identification Number/registered at the Lisbon Commercial Registry under number 518310248, which is also the Tax Identification Number for Companies (NIPC), hereinafter referred to as 7 K-Ritual, owner of all content and information on the website 7kritual.com, is the company responsible for invoicing and supplying its products.
7 K-Ritual seeks to offer its customers the best K-Ritual (Korean skincare routine), tailored to the needs, skin type and availability of each customer.
How are the prices of products available in the 7kritual.com store determined?
Retail prices are shown in euros and, except for typographical or publication errors, include VAT. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, unless otherwise indicated, prices will only be valid for the day they are announced, and we undertake to apply the rates and prices indicated at the time the purchase order is placed.
The prices advertised on the 7kritual.com website are only valid for purchase orders placed in the 7kritual.com online store.
In the event of a computer, manual, technical, or any other type of error that causes a substantial and unforeseen change in the retail price, such that it becomes exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and cancelled.
The invoice will be sent electronically.
Whenever the reference RRP/Recommended Retail Price appears, it should be understood as the suggested or recommended selling price for a given product, defined and indicated by the manufacturer, producer or supplier.
What campaigns can I find online?
Campaigns in the online store are presented seasonally and may be subject to stock availability and limited to a specific period of dates.
What products can I buy?
The 7kritual.com store has skincare products, predominantly from Korean brands (South Korea). You can also use the K-Ritual generator, free of charge, which will indicate a routine composed of several steps and which products within each step are most relevant to the customer, based on the answers to the questionnaire.
How can I pay for my order?
We have several payment methods available. You can pay for your order via MB Way, MB reference, PayPal, Credit Card, or Google Pay.
On what days and locations can my order be delivered?
Orders placed on the 7kritual.com store are delivered by various carriers on business days, within the European Union.
Own collection points
For orders to be picked up at one of our own collection points, delivery is free and takes place within 1 business day.
The customer will receive a message informing them that the order is ready for pickup.
Mainland Portugal
Deliveries to Mainland Portugal via one of the carriers chosen by the customer are made within 2 business days, although delivery times may vary for some locations.
For deliveries via CTT (Portuguese postal service) to a collection point defined by the customer, the cost is 4.90€.
For deliveries to an address specified by the customer via CTT or GLS, the cost is 5.20€.
For all orders to Mainland Portugal with a value equal to or greater than 60€, we offer free delivery.
Azores and Madeira
Deliveries to the Azores or Madeira Islands are made by CTT.
If the customer chooses sea freight, delivery may take 1 to 2 weeks, depending on the delivery location.
If the customer chooses air freight, delivery may take 3 to 8 days, depending on the delivery location.
Sea freight has a delivery cost of 10.90€.
If the delivery is by air, there is a delivery cost of 15.20€.
For all orders to the Azores or Madeira Islands by sea with a value equal to or greater than 100€, we offer free delivery.
For all orders to the Azores or Madeira Islands by air with a value equal to or greater than 150€, we offer free delivery.
Mainland Spain
Deliveries to Mainland Spain are made by CTT and are made within 2 working days, although delivery times may vary for some locations, and cost 6.90€.
For all orders to Mainland Spain with a value equal to or greater than 65€, we offer free delivery.
Spain, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla and Santa Cruz de Tenerife
Deliveries to the Spanish provinces of the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla and Santa Cruz de Tenerife are made by CTT and are completed within 2 working days, although delivery times may vary for some locations and cost 26.90€.
For all orders to the Spanish provinces of the Balearic Islands, Ceuta, Las Palmas, Melilla and Santa Cruz de Tenerife with a value equal to or greater than 250€, we offer free delivery.
Germany and France*
Deliveries to Germany and France* are made by GLS and are completed within 3 to 5 working days, although delivery times may vary for some locations and cost 12.90€.
For all orders to Germany and France with a value equal to or greater than 120€, we offer free delivery.
Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands
Deliveries to Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands are made by GLS and take between 3 and 5 working days, although delivery times may vary for some locations, and cost 14€.
For all orders to Austria, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and the Netherlands with a value equal to or greater than 140€, we offer free delivery.
Denmark*, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland and Czech Republic
Deliveries to Denmark*, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic are made by GLS and take between 3 and 9 working days, although delivery times may vary for some locations, and cost 15.70€.
For all orders to Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland and the Czech Republic with a value equal to or greater than 150€, we offer free delivery.
Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania
Deliveries to Bulgaria, Croatia, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, and Romania are made by GLS and take between 3 and 9 business days, although delivery times may vary for some locations, and cost 16.70€.
For all orders to Denmark, Slovenia, Slovakia, Poland, and the Czech Republic with a value equal to or greater than 160€, we offer free delivery.
Malta
Deliveries to Malta are made by CTT and take between 4 and 5 business days, although delivery times may vary for some locations, and cost 40.50€.
For all orders to Malta with a value equal to or greater than 400€, we offer free delivery.
Cyprus and Sweden
Deliveries to Cyprus and Sweden are made by GLS and take between 3 and 9 working days, although delivery times may vary for some locations, and cost 44.70€.
For all orders to Cyprus and Sweden of 440€ or more, we offer free delivery.
*Corsica (France) and Greenland (Denmark)
Deliveries to Corsica (France) and Greenland (Denmark) may be subject to special conditions.

Orders
What to do if a product is not delivered due to lack of stock?
Products shown on the 7kritual.com store are subject to stock availability at the time the order is prepared. Missing products will not be invoiced, nor will they be replaced by others, even if equivalent.
If the product is damaged or if I want to return it, how should I proceed?
7kritual.com trusts in the quality of its products and their shipping conditions. However, if you are not satisfied with a particular product, or if it arrives damaged, you can return it within 14 days from the date of delivery.
