However, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return it within 14 days of purchase.

How can I return a product I bought from 7kritual.com?

What documents do I need to present?

- a copy of your invoice;
- the tracking number of the postal order with which you registered the return;
- a copy of the payment receipt for the return shipping costs;
- the IBAN of the bank account for reimbursement of the amount and respective return shipping costs.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Only returns that have been registered with the shipping company will be accepted, due to the shipping companies' policies of not being held responsible for losses or misplacements of packages sent via regular mail (without registration).

What is the maximum time I can return a product?

You can return it up to 14 days after the delivery date. 

If the return is due to a market recall notice, you can return it at any time, even after the 14-day period has expired.

Can I return any type of product?

We put your satisfaction and safety above all else. Therefore, we accept returns on most products purchased at 7kritual.com.

However, to ensure the safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns of products under the following conditions:

- Whenever the product has been consumed or used.

- If the packaging is open or damaged for reasons unrelated to the preparation or transport of the order.

However, in the event of a market recall notice, returns will be accepted regardless of whether the product is used, opened, or of any type.

How is the refund processed?

The product value and return shipping costs will be refunded via bank transfer to the IBAN provided by the customer.
